Even the best quality equipment can malfunction. It's important to know that when it does, any issues will be identified and repaired in the shortest possible time, minimizing disruption to you.
At PC Support we offer various services as below :
Repair Charges : First hour £25 then £20 per hour or part thereafter.
Emergency Support : We will attend outside of our normal office hours where possible, If you find yourself in a situation where immediate help is needed. We charge £50 call out plus £25 first hour and £20 per hour or part thereafter.
Fixed Fee : For only £50 we offer a set price for labour to diagnose and fix your faulty computer regardless of the time it takes. This option is only available if we are able to bring your computer to our base to fix. Any parts required are extra cost, which you will be notified of prior to obtaining them. If you chose not to purchase parts the fee is still payable.
PC Check-up : For £50 We will collect/return your PC and do all the following :-
- Perform a full antivirus and spyware check
- Check Windows System integrity
- Apply latest updates to Windows products
- Check other applications for updates
- Clean inside/outside of PC (Outside and cooling vents only on Laptops)
- Add £10 and we'll do you a complete backup DVD of your PC (+£10 per extra DVD needed) Note : PC Check-up is only for working computers, if you have a known problem then you need to book a repair. Any problems found during PC Check-up will be notified to you and repair charges are applicable.

Virus Removal : PC acting strangely or pop-up windows appearing? Then you could have a virus or adware infection. We can inspect and clean your PC from only £40. If you do not have an up to date Antivirus package installed we will install our PC Support Virus detection software. This can be found for download on our Home Page.
New Hard Drive : For £50 we will transfer all data to your new hard drive and if possible set your old drive as additional drive in the PC.
Operating System Rebuild : Re master operating system and install drivers £50.
Rebuild Personal Computer with software Drivers, Re master operating system with original license. Windows Updates and Antivirus install. Replace the customers data and supply backup disks from £80
Networking : House have more than 2 PC's? Network them to share Internet connection, files, printers etc. From only £60 we will install and setup a secure wireless network on 2 PC's. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. This price is assuming you have ordered your equipment from your chosen Internet Service Provider. Ie BT home hub supplied by BT Yahoo. For £150 we can supply the necessary equipment and install and setup a secure wireless network.
Upgrading : We will advise on any possible hardware upgrades to your system, be this CPU, memory, hard drives, connections, DVD writer, in fact any part of your PC. We will visit your home for free, obtain current PC details and then provide an in depth no obligation upgrade quote for you to consider. Checkout CCLonline for components.
Laptop Services: Laptops are notoriously hard to repair, not due to diagnosing the problem, but simply sourcing the actual repair parts. We offer all our services below for working laptops and a limited repair service for non-working. For these we will try and diagnose the problem and source parts as required. As most laptop diagnostics require full dismantling our prices start at £80 excluding parts. Please contact us for details
